The Hellfire Ramparts entrance is located inside Hellfire Citadel in Hellfire Peninsula at 47, 53 in The Burning Crusade Classic. It is the lowest and most accessible wing of Hellfire Citadel, making it the first dungeon most players run in Outland.

Heroic requires Level 70 and Revered with Honor Hold (Alliance) or Thrallmar (Horde) to buy 30622 from the Quartermaster.

- He charges a far target, then snaps back to tank. Do not chase.
- Heroic: healing reduction stacks faster. Plan cooldowns early.

Spread out, decurse early, and control his summons away from casters.

- Spread to reduce splash damage.
- Decurse 30695 quickly on Normal.
- When 30707 goes out, swap to the summon or CC it away from healers and casters.
- Heroic: 30695 becomes 37566 (can’t be decursed). Spread is mandatory and use defensives earlier.

Trigger the event by killing the final guards, dodge fire, and loot the chest after the fight.

- After the last guards die, the encounter starts. Be ready to pick up Vazruden quickly.
- Do not stand in fire patches. Keep Nazan faced away from the party to avoid breath damage.
- Heroic: fire damage is much higher. Play safe, move early.
