Story Overview (What This Questline Is Really About)
This quest chain uncovers the life and descent into madness of Stalvan Mistmantle. Originally from Silverpine Forest, Stalvan traveled the world before settling in Westfall, where he became an instructor at the Moonbrook schoolhouse and later a personal tutor.
He developed an inappropriate fixation on a much younger student named Tilloa, misreading kindness as romance. When Tilloa dismissed him as an “old uncle” and openly appeared with her suitor, Stalvan snapped. What follows is a breadcrumb trail of letters and journal pages that lead you straight into one of Classic WoW’s creepiest mysteries.

1) Speak to Madam Eva in Darkshire
Begin in Darkshire with Madam Eva, a fortune-teller of the old arts. You can also spot her granddaughter Alyssa Eva nearby.

What Happened to Tilloa? (Reading Between the Lines)
